Infuse 1 Kadak Chai potli first in boiling water and then in the milk tea for approximately 4–5 minutes total. Remove before serving.

- Water — 1¼ cups / 300 ml
- Full-fat milk — 1 cup / 240 ml
- Saffron — 8–10 strands
- Warm milk — 1 tbsp, for soaking saffron
- Sugar — 2–3 tsp, or to taste

- Kadak Chai — 1 potli
Cooking Instructions

1Soak saffron in 1 tbsp warm milk for 5 minutes.

2Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.

3Add the Kadak Chai potli.

6Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for another 2 minutes.
