Fennel-Mint After-Meal Infusion
Use 1 Gut Comfort potli in 500 ml water. Simmer briefly, then steep off the heat for a total infusion time of approximately 5 minutes.

- Lemon peel strip — 1 small strip, optional

Cooking Instructions

1Bring the water just to a boil.

2Reduce the heat to a very gentle simmer.

3Add the Gut Comfort potli.

4Simmer for 1 minute.

5Turn off the heat, cover and allow the potli to steep for another 4 minutes.

6Remove the potli without squeezing aggressively.

7Add honey only after the infusion has cooled slightly, if using.

Avoid vigorous boiling for the entire infusion. The peppermint, rose and citrus notes remain brighter when much of the steeping happens off the heat.
